ROBYN GOODMAN

FOUNDER & CEO
ROBYN GOODMAN Founded Aged In Wood Productions in 2000 and has developed and produced Broadway shows including: Avenue Q (Tony Award 2004), In The Heights (Tony Award 2008), Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella (Drama Desk Award),Metamorphoses (Drama Desk Award), Bengal Tiger At The Baghdad Zoo (starring Robin Williams), Steel Magnolias; among several others co-productions. Off Broadway : Bat Boy, Altar Boyz, and Tick, Tick …Boom by Jonathan Larson. She also Co-Produced the London transfers of Marianne Elliot’s version of Tony Kushner's Angels In America (Tony Award 2018) and this season’s musical Company by Stephen Sondheim. She was the Co-Founder/Artistic Director of Second Stage Theater for the first 13 years and produced 50 plays and musicals there. Since 2014 she has been Executive Producer of the historic Bucks County Playhouse and currently also holds the title of Artistic Consultant to the Roundabout Theater Company where she was Artistic Producer of the Underground Theater for emerging playwrights for the first 10 years.
JOSH FIELDER

GENERAL PARTNER
JOSH FIEDLER is a partner of Aged In Wood Productions. Broadway: Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella, Avenue Q, Angels in America (2018 Revival) In The Heights, The Performers, American Idiot, and West Side Story. West End: Company (2018 Revival), Heisenberg. He is a producer at Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, Pennsylvania. He is a former associate producer at Roundabout Underground where he helped develop 13 New York premiere productions. He co-produced the 2005 World AIDS Day Benefit Concert of The Secret Garden and is founding producer of the comedy group The Riot Act. Josh is graduate of the University of Miami's School of Music and Department of Theatre Arts.
TATUM LUDLAM

ASSISTANT PRODUCER
TATUM LUDLAM (she/her) is a Seattle native and passionate advocate for art, theatre, and activism. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre and Non-Profit Business from the University of Oklahoma as well as an MFA in Theatre Management and Producing from Columbia University. Tatum began her career in marketing and human resources with roles at Lincoln Center, WPP, and Shuffles Broadway Tap & Musical Theatre School. In 2024, she made her Broadway Associate Producing debut with Alan Cumming Is Not Acting His Age. A proud queer woman in the arts, Tatum brings empathy, curiosity, and joy to her work and aspires to amplifying stories by and for women.
